Who is Assured Nutrition Plus Inc.	Assured Nutrition is a young, energetic company based in Greenville, OH, dedicated to supplying healthful products for human consumption.
What are these products	The first and central product is the Assured Nutrition Plus NutriShake, for superior nutrition.
Isn't the old fashioned three square meals a day the best nutrition	The proper daily amounts of fresh fruits and vegetables make up the ideal diet; but let's be honest. How many of us get this today? We cook most of our food, washing off, cutting out, or cooking away a large percentage of the nutrients. "Fresh" fruits and vegetables may have been shipped long distances or stored for quite a while. Artificial flavorings and colorings abound. Check the amounts of sodium and sugars in canned and processed food items on the shelves of our grocery stores. How many high fat, empty-calorie fast food meals do we eat each week? For most of us, today's nutrition isn't what is used to be.
How does the NutriShake taste	The taste is excellent! It comes in Dutch Chocolate and French Vanilla. The French Vanilla can be mixed with a variety of extracts, spices, or fruits to offer a wide range of tempting flavors.
How is the NutriShake used	The Assured Nutrition Plus, NutriShake promotes nutritious weight-control. You can use it as a meal replacement; to maintain your ideal weight, or even to gain weight, if this is your goal.
How can I use the NutriShake	Replace two or three meals a day with NutriShake to lose weight. Replace one meal to maintain weight. Use the NutriShake in addition to your normal three meals a day to gain weight.
Three NutriShake's a day would only be 480 calories, is this be safe	We suggest that you consult with your personal doctor to determine safely if you wish to consume three servings per day as the main source of nutrition, along with a light meal.
How much water should I drink each day	Everyone should drink at least 64 ounces of water each day. If you choose to drink more than 64 ounces of water per day you will likely lose weight faster.
Can I count other beverages like diet sodas or coffee for my water total	Other liquids, which contain water, are chemically bonded to water. Some of these contain sodium, which retains water (and retards weight loss). Your body has to work harder to extract the water it needs from such liquids. (Try to watch artificial sweetener use, opting instead for pure fruit juices.)
Why is the NutriShake in powder form	Nutrients mixed with water are absorbed into the body faster and more efficiently than in other more solid forms. Vitamin tablets are pressed so tight or surrounded by a sugar coated shell, which for some children or elderly people, are hard to swallow or digest.
For quick weight loss, why do other programs rely on medical supervision	First, we gladly work with your doctor, if you want his/her constant monitoring of your program. Secondly the Assured Nutrition Plus marketing structure is different. Assured Nutrition Plus has not confined the retailing of its products to medical personnel. What does ketogenic mean	"Ketogenic" comes from ketosis or ketones. The presence of ketones in urine indicates the breakdown of muscle tissue. Other quick weight-loss diets are deficient in some nutrients the body needs. If the body does not get these nutrients from the diet you consume, it must get them from its own muscle mass. Muscle weighs more than fat. So, when those diets take away from the muscle (ketosis), their customers do notice quick weight loss, but it is potentially dangerous weight loss (remember, the heart is a muscle). Isn't over 100% of the DV's per day dangerous?	No. Since the vitamins and minerals in the NutriShake are suspended in water the body can easily eliminate the excess nutrients. It is always beneficial to have a few extra nutrients than to be deficient in any of the essential nutrients your body needs.
What differences are there between the three NutriShake programs	Use one serving per day to receive 60% of your DV. Two servings provide 120% of your DV of all essential vitamins, minerals, plus proteins, carbohydrates, and other nutrients. Three servings provide up to 180% of the DV, including bran and fiber, for optimal results.
Can I use the NutriShake and forget about exercise	While you can lose weight with just the NutriShake, any good health program and continuous weight-control requires exercise. Again, seek your doctor's advice. Gernerally, most programs recommend walking daily and/or at least 20 minutes of aerobic activity three times a week for people in average physical condition who have no serious health restrictions.

Will the NutriShake be the only product distributed by Assured Nutrition Plus	No. In the months to come Assured Nutrition Plus will introduce a whole line of new products, based upon the same dedication to high quality and customer satisfaction embodied to high quality in the NutriShake. The company takes this commitment seriously, and we will not hastily bring a lot of products to market quickly.
