1.	Request a Returned Product Number (RPN). You may do this by email, or by regular mail. In your communication, you must tell us why you wish to return the product. Please inclue your name, address and email address. You must also include your order number.
2.	When you have received your RPN, you can now ship the product back at your cost. Be sure in write your RPN visibly on the returned package.
